Hello, Milwaukee! I’m excited to have a space to teach a 6-week Movement for Singers course this fall! Join me on Sundays from 1:00-2:30 at Yama Yoga in the Third Ward. The course will run from September 8th through October 13th. More information and registration form coming soon!
Okay, Chicago…I know I left you, but you knew I would be back. Tuesdays this fall, join me for Movement for Singers at Glenwood Dance Studio. More information and registration form coming soon!
If you happen to be in the Thousand Islands on Sunday, August 18th, please join me on the back steps of my parents’ cottage for an early evening recital. Bring a lawn chair or a picnic blanket and a glass of wine. There will be light refreshments and likely a sing-along!
On August 16th, come join me at River Yoga in Clayton, NY! The Alexander Technique is not a practice of specific exercises, but a way to find greater ease in whatever you are already doing. Think of it as learning to take the release of being at the River back home with you. Registration link coming soon!
I’m thrilled to be hosting an Art of Running Instructor Training in Evanston, IL, taught by Malcolm Balk and Lindsay Newitter. If you’re an Alexander Technique teacher or a third year trainee interested in participating, click here for more information!
